Last Mile Partnership

Last Mile PartnershipTribal leads this very large EU funded project - The Last Mile, with 30 partners including Birmingham City Council, Slough Borough Council, Sheffield Cultural Industry Quarter Agency, Media Training North West, Institute of Education London, WAC, Rural Regeneration Cumbria, Birmingham REP, UK Film Council, Film London, and the Ethnic Minority Foundation.

The project is working to enable people to become employable or self-employed in the creative industries, in music and music production, film, media and TV, video games, script-writing, theatre, dance,  jewelry, visual art, design and event management. We’re getting people who have struggled to make money from talent up to now to make better use of the internet to sell their skills and products. That means building online showcases, and also learning business skills that are appropriate for their part of the market.
