Tribal worked with the Learning and Skills Development Agency (LSDA) and The Experience Corps in the Whole Organisation Approach to Skills for Life project, led by KPMG.
Our work had 2 strands:
Resources development and support
We were responsible for providing learning resources support to the pathfinder organisations involved in the project through identifying good practice and writing guidance materials to support the organisations in identifying key resources available for delivering a Whole Organisation Approach to Skills for Life (including curriculum framework and design).
The 36 pathfinders were drawn from a variety of settings including:
LSDA were working closely with the pathfinders to develop staff skills and The Experience Corps were advising and working with pathfinders from the voluntary and community sector.
